Happy with the flowers and the service provided. I had asked in the email for a bouquet with different scents, structures and maximum amount indicated. Also received a neat e-mail asking if the delivery costs could be in that amount or on top of the amount. I had asked if the flowers could be put inside over the sill instead of outside in front of the door because the receiver is blind and the sidewalk is much lower (solution due to Corona) Ordered yesterday, received a photo at the beginning of the afternoon and a little bit and then the flowers were delivered quite quickly. Hopefully the ordering problem via the website will be resolved quickly. By the way, e-mail went great.
