Vacuum cleaner filter ordered for the Dyson DC19. Received neatly on time. Filter can only be used in 1 way. After installing their own brand of filter, the vacuum cleaner loses suction power and makes a strange noise. I therefore contacted the helpdesk. After 10 seconds the phone is brutally hung up by the employees! Called 2 times and after hanging up twice I am fed up! Very bad this. People buy from another company where you do get quality and service!
Super service !! Recently ordered a package that PostNL has not delivered. An email was sent to Roel and he immediately made sure that a new package was sent with the vacuum cleaner bags. Super satisfied
I was looking for a new hose for my Philips Impact exel vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner is already 12 years old so was surprised that it was still available, I ordered this hose on Friday, I already received it delivered on Saturday, really good service !! Now I don't have to buy a new expensive vacuum cleaner thanks you more than deserve the 5 stars and they are also very affordable I will order here more often!
advantageous but unfortunately we now always have leakage at the connection so that the dust also comes out of the dust bag. Even completely screwed open once and had to clean everything inside. Save yourself a lot of work by buying good bags.
