From the first contact I had a good feeling about this store. I had contact with Koen & Ruud. Both nice and professional guys. They clearly know their field well, can provide an all in package and have competitive pricing. They removed my heating ducts, equalized my floor, put in floor heating, and layed the tiles. 5 stars if they would react better to phone calls.

Laying the tiles did not fit my home requirements, installer came to the scene, he said the email will be sent to the solution, has not responded. I do not like this company, I chose them from the Internet, make a huge mistake！

This year a great ceramic floor, including skirting boards and underfloor heating, bought and installed by the Vloerenman. Everything tightly according to schedule, and where we needed flexibility for our larger renovation (eg at the time of the installation of the skirting boards), De Vloerenman moved with us. Thanks for the great customer-oriented and flexible attitude. The quality of the delivered is top. The floor is very professionally laid and because the tiler only 1% !! loss of cutting, with some addition there was still enough to provide 2 smaller rooms with the same floor. Meanwhile, after 2 months of waiting, the heating is on again and we have wonderfully warm feet :-). Thank you Vloerenman for the great work and great service. We are very happy with it and will certainly come back for future projects.

Food has become very nice and sleek! We have a herringbone ceramic floor, but it looks like herringbone parquet. The advantage of the floor man is that they coordinate everything and all other parties who were also involved were professionals. For example, through them we got someone who installed the underfloor heating. This is a real craftsman. The person who laid the floor also did it very tightly. This was quite a difficult job because the living room is many square meters and has an L-shape. Pouring the subfloor has also become completely level. The only thing we regret afterwards is that we placed the control unit for the underfloor heating in the living room. We were there ourselves and we didn't want to let the herringbone run down the hall, but I think it's a pity that we were no longer sent in because that ugly thing could have been placed under the stairs in the hall.

From the beginning, we have been helped in a friendly and helpful way by the gentlemen of de Vloerenman. During the process, they were also available for questions at any time. Ultimately, the ceramic herringbone floor was laid in the last week of October 2020 and the result is impressive! Thank you for all your concerns and the beautiful product you have delivered!
