November 22 I went to the store with my mother in the afternoon. We were not greeted and the saleswoman was mainly busy with her phone. We then complimented the other saleswoman on the dress she was wearing and we received no response. In the meantime we were looking further and together they talked about how terrible it was to work with a (certain) other colleague because they would get a spontaneous burn-out. In addition, the saleswoman was squeezing her pimples in the mirror of the store! Terrible. She also talked about a woman who had just been to the store that day when she didn't fit at all and was far too thin, in front of other customers. Still, we haven't looked back. When we were at the checkout, my mother was approached by "you" and we were not looked at, the other saleswoman was there and was talking on her phone. In short, poor service. Visits to Vero Moda Venray cannot be repeated.
