Multiple items ordered, not everything delivered, no answer to the mail or money back, bad thing ... ordered once, never again. Strongly advise against this case!

You will not receive a dispatch notification. Takes a long time before you get a response.

Cat food ordered. Opened bag supplied. Animal chemist does not come up with a solution. There is no answer or callback. To date, no alternative solution had or called back.

Good webshop. Fast delivery, good service.

Unfortunately, the five promises cannot always be kept. In stock appears to be not really in stock. After placing my order in the morning at 9:45 AM, the next day at 3:00 PM I still had no shipping notification and no package in the bus. The fact that the product is out of stock once is not a disaster. Feedback about this is nice because I expect chunks that are otherwise only available at the vet. Because I work during the day, I have not had the opportunity to get these kibble from the vet. Customer service handling is also minimal. The only response I got was: "That's the way it is, I order now from Royal Canin and you will receive your order tomorrow". This did not make me feel taken seriously as a customer. Why is this possible if I call where my order is and not on the day that I order and the stock is insufficient?
