Via google I ended up on the Optima Media website. Contacted by telephone and a personal appointment with the commercial manager could be scheduled immediately. I have made my ideas known and without urgency they have been thinking along to make my project a success. My project came to a halt for a moment, but I could not easily forget my visit to Optima Media. After two months I decided to work on it and to contact Optima Media again. This time I wanted to get started right away. I received a quote and after approval we could get started right away. A complete online marketing plan was set up and in the meantime contact was made to ask what I thought of the steps taken and whether I saw improvement somewhere. If I had feedback, it was picked up quickly. I was given the space to express my own ideas, but I was occasionally dragged on the right side of the road, because they clearly have a better understanding of online marketing. The ticket system is a solution. If I wanted to see the progress and steps, then it was just a matter of crawling behind my laptop and seeing what had already been done in the Optima Media system. My project has since been completed and I am very proud of what we have put together. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance at Optima Media.

A prestigious team that is flexible and thinks along with the customer. Small and large obstacles are no problem. Those solutions they come up with anyway! If I ever start a second business, I will come to you again for branding and online marketing. It is wonderful to hand everything over to a party that carries out all the work and at the same time involves the customer in the process by taking initiatives as a company. That's the way it's supposed to be!
