We (older couple) have bought a Chenonceau wine cabinet with 2 zones. Because the cabinet had to be placed in a very difficult place, 2 employees delivered the cabinet to us themselves. The cabinet works perfectly and is also completely silent, which is handy since we often walk past it on our 2nd floor; we are very pleased with it! Thanks for the service and keep it up
Unfortunately, our new house does not have a cellar, so we left for IJsselstein to find a wine cabinet. It has become a model for 300 bottles that is neatly placed at our home by the delivery person of the wine cabinet shop. We are especially enthusiastic about the three temperature zones of this cabinet! Keep it up I would say
Customer service response was slow, but good. Product itself (Chenonceau Uno) is a good product, but could be much better in terms of convenience. The drawers are so that ONLY only Bordeaux bottles fit normally, every other bottle is really prying which 1 is uncomfortable and 2 also does not reach the capacity. With their Bourgogne drawers (to be ordered extra), you can store non-Bordeaux bottles, but they also fit much less. Would have been a lot better if they had just given 2cm extra space everywhere, now all labels tear when opening a drawer because it is just a different size bottle.
Super helped today, good service.

A company that does not keep the agreements. Ordered on August 24 and the refrigerator would be delivered around September 20. Radio silence and after calling twice myself, finally an appointment planned for October 6. In the morning an email from the carrier that the order had not been delivered and therefore it will not arrive on 6 October.
