Compliments for the handling of a coat rack that suddenly broke a welded hook. Sent a new one without any problem, we are happy to order here again. Recommended!

Ordered a table and it would be delivered within one week. That went wrong, I received an email from the carrier that something had gone wrong. I was disappointed, had taken a day off and wanted that day paid for. The table arrived the day after, but the requested fee was not paid. This worked out well thanks to the intervention of Melissa. Her way of communicating with me was top customer friendliness!

We drove from Zwolle to Hengelo to orient ourselves on a round dining table. We called in advance and the saleswoman checked which tables were still there so that we did not drive to Hengelo for nothing. Once present, it is a very nice store, varying prices so something for everyone. We saw 2 tables and after explanation we bought 1 table. The agreements were clear and 1 day in advance we received an email at what time the table was delivered. The table works fine and looks great in our living room. We would highly recommend this store, even though it was a short drive for us.

I placed an order at the beginning of June. Nothing delivered yet. It is always postponed, the bigger annoyance is that I have to contact myself. The site itself says that the item is in stock? I just canceled the order after waiting 3 months !!!!

After some email contact we have come to a good solution. Beautiful wall shelves that are worth the wait!
