We bought a brush cutter from the Reekers company. When we took the brushcutter out of the box, it turned out that the protective cover of the engine was torn. After a phone call and an email with the photos of the hood, we received an immediate response and we were informed that a new hood had been sent to our home address. What a top service from Reekers. We really recommend this company.
