For me a first, but unfortunately also a bad experience with this company.
In short; Via a marketplace we reached a price agreement for the purchase of a second-hand motorcycle. With this agreement also proposed to pay small amount to validate the reservation.
After this agreement, nothing more was heard from the company, until I contacted again myself with the question when I would come by / options related to the current corona measures.
It was then that I was informed that another buyer had already expressed interest in the same bike and that it had been given priority.
Presumably this other buyer had offered a higher amount.
In my humble opinion, a very bad and mediocre way of doing business when a reputable motorcycle dealer returns from an earlier agreement. Unworthy and all around shame.
Super satisfied with this motorcycle shop. Very neat KTM superduke 1290 purchased with history and no scratch to be seen. Reuben and Jos are men of their word and have a heart for the matter! The bike was even brought home in the evening with good service afterwards. Definitely recommended to buy your motorcycle here with an honest story.
Have been coming there for several years and have bought several motorcycles from Jos. Always sleek, technically good and above all honest engines. Just an independent dealer who values sincerity and good service. Highly recommended :). Regards Eddie (D)
