Yamaha 1100 Dragstar traded-in bought (2002) in Dec 2020 for a nice price. Without warranty, there was a take-away price. Unfortunately after 3 weeks considerable damage in the engine has been found or has occurred, expensive repair to go (block has to be taken apart). Contact with Bas, not to claim but to report. Despite the fact that there was no warranty on the engine (as agreed), they made a very nice gesture to me financially to partly pay for the repair. Class!! Stand for what they deliver and take real responsibility. and even more than that. Hats off!
