20 liter bag Premium substrate, bought in a well-known store. Turns out 50% floated in the pond. Mail sent to Velda customer service. Answer from Velda: has been too dry at the dealer, just put it in the water for a few days. After 6 days in the water, nothing had changed and 50% was still floating. I am happy that Velda has now recognized the problem and solved it by not supplying the bad batch anymore.
