about 2 months ago my entire kitchen was decorated by Expert Bennink, in the store I was helped by a very nice seller (godfather), this gentleman has all the skills that a top seller needs, he helped us so much that we have now become a regular customer here and many more purchases will follow.

A while ago I ordered a refrigerator here, but when he arrived he made too much noise for me. I had a week to return so sent an email. After receiving no response I called, I would be called back the next day by another employee. The next day I did not receive a call back, so I called myself to be informed by a very rude employee that despite the fact that I complied with the return conditions stated on the Expert's website, I was not allowed to return the refrigerator just like that. I would be called back the next day, but heard nothing again. Finally contacted the headquarters, here they were very surprised. According to them, the branch in Haaksbergen should simply take back the refrigerator and have arranged for the refrigerator to be picked up. Once he was picked up, it was by an angry employee, who wouldn't give me proof of pick up or otherwise take the fridge with me. My question about when the money would return to my account was ignored and the employee then drove away without a word. Very disappointed in the way I have been treated by this branch, and can strongly advise against becoming a customer here

Last week bought a new washing machine from Expert Bennink in Haaksbergen, the purchase conversation went very well, the day that the washing machine was delivered they kept to the agreed time. the installation was professional and mastered the explanation that followed was very pleasant. In short, a nice shop with all the desired service.
