According to Track & trace, the package has been delivered, but nothing has been delivered (not even to the neighbors) and no card has been left in the bus. We have video evidence that the courier rings the doorbell without a package in his hands but walks right back to his van and drives away. We have been waiting for a response for almost 2 weeks now, but no clarity whatsoever. Lousy service!

In our opinion, courier service East is a fun and dynamic company, which certainly does everything to keep the customer satisfied. We experience the cooperation as very good! 😊

Quite a nice transport company until things go wrong, and that happens sometimes. Packages are lost quickly and no one takes responsibility.
