Terrible customer service! I bought some food for my French Bulldog and he immediately vomited it up, Gave him some old food we had, no problems. Tried again with the new food, same problem, clearly something wrong with the food from Bio4Pets. They refused a refund even though I was only a few days into the purchase (well under my rights for a 14 day return). I had to pay €6,95 for the shipping, and never received a refund. Shame on these people, bad business practices and there are so many other choices for online food. Don't buy here!

I am so happy with this amazing fluffy donut basket! Very friendly people. They have helped me a lot! Especially those with a zipper are great! Thank you for your good service and customer friendliness. I definitely order here more often!

Too bad I can't give half a star. I think one star is still too many. Unfortunately, I have not read the reviews properly about this internet company. Then I would not have ordered a basket of € 70.00. The reviews confirm it, because this woman does everything she can to put the blame in the case of complaints with the customer. Taking responsibility is not in this company's DNA. Problems start when something goes wrong. In our case, a production error that has been repaired, but then the 'repaired' basket returns with a large hole. Reported this and according to the company the blame lies with us. Calling is difficult. The company cannot be reached After some back and forth e-mail we asked the owner to solve the problem differently, but with her last reaction the door literally closed: "Apparently we have not been clear enough yet. The basket cannot be returned. " and: "The zipper has been checked for recovery by several people. This is for us, again, finished and done!" This way of communicating is confirmed in several reviews! It is customer unfriendly and not constructive. It is always up to the customer. Also check the reviews on google. So DO NOT order! There are companies that provide better service.

If you are from Belgium DO NOT order frozen pet food. Chances are that you belong to the 2% to whom the delivery is only many days later and the feed has become bad. I have made an expensive bad purchase that is not reimbursed (small discount coupon with the next purchase is not sufficient because I am not going to make the same mistake again) and you cannot pay with an insured master card. So a warned person buys somewhere else
