Product was "home brand" but a third party had to supply it - it was out of stock. This was not shown on the site, and only three calls later did they find out it was out of stock. Three return calls promised, only two delivered. When they say "order by 16:00 shipped that day" they mean they place the order with a third party before that time. I will be more critical of reviews and exact wordings on websites from now on. The staff who were hired as help over the holidays do their best, but I feel they are be understaffed or not empowered to fix problems. I give the holiday staff four stars, leaving 2 on average for the company. Edit: No money back after 6 days, turns out the owner is on holiday and nobody can do the refunds. This means the owner left for holiday without leaving adequate and empowered staff behind. Adjusting the review to 1 star.
