Beautiful B&B in a rustic farm house setting. Spacious rooms and also camping available. Great price for a great experience! Plus, Giethoorn is amazing! Try the knieperties!

On arrival we were welcomed with a big smile and lots of enthusiasm. The BnB was super clean and nicely decorated. The boxspring beds were just fabulous as well as the Dutch breakfast in the morning. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here. The reason I give four stars instead of five is because there was no shampoo in the shower and this wasn't communicated with us. So we also didn't bring our own. Apart from that, it is a lovely BnB on a peaceful location and on cycle distance from Steenwijk and Giethoorn. I would definitely stay here again!

Small-scale campsite with very spacious pitches. Located between Steenwijk, Giethoorn and Blokzijl. A good base for excursions such as cycling through Dwarsgracht, visiting Orchideeenhoeve, walking around the harbor of Blokzijl, shopping, cinema and skate park in Steenwijk, boating in Giethoorn and of course walking. Hiking tip: walking route 21 km from Wiede to Weide (Giethoorn / Wanneperveen). Also nice to buy fresh fruit from the local farmers in the farm shops. Family Schut: thank you for your hospitality. So close to home but we had a wonderful week!

Good base for bird watching. The campsite is spacious and all facilities are available.

A great place and the family just shelters great people.
