Ordered parts on this site and received them in a package from Paruzzi. I find it very sloppy. Customer-friendliness is also hard to find.

Good parts for a normal price. Only customer friendliness on the phone could be better. Never had any complaints about the parts. But bought a clutch pump for an Audi 80 last year. Not yet driven 1000 km, the rod snaps off spontaneously. Called to boelm had to send a photo by e-mail .foto.s sent by mail several times and try to call no response. now 3 months later nothing heard again. bad service.

What a great flexible and knowledgeable company. I ordered an incorrect product. People called to ask if I had ordered the right one. You don't see this service often anymore.
