Unfortunately, a company with very unprofessional, and uninterested staff. I've been there three times now, all with a simple question, about a battery clamp, or a smart battery charger, and the like, and each time literally the answer "I don't know what you're talking about". And that is a car parts store. If I then go to another case, they immediately know what I mean. I will never go to Novatech again.

Excellent company, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have been a customer at Novatech for over 10 years, a great company to work with. It is a pity that the reviews have a lot of negativity from private individuals, we as business customers can not find us here.

Do you really want to be helped badly? Then go to Novatech in Steenwijk. The staff is really a horror, disinterested and a big mouth! I've been there 3 times now, this was definitely the last time. I have been in Retail for years, this store is a great example of how not to do it! Boycott that trade.

Very special You enter as a customer in Steenwijk, you are the only customer and you are completely ignored by both desk employees and a moment later they disappear into the warehouse. Then we go out empty-handed and look for a car materials store where you are out of air and are normally greeted, received and helped.

You order spark plugs here. You get the wrong one. There you are on Saturday afternoon.
