Made an appointment with them to connect my 650 euro television for free. Was helped by Sebastiaan Beute. After first not having received a phone that the television was already in their home. Just called how that was. The employee came with the comment that my colleague did not say and if you want it will cost you 50 Euro extra. They are now bringing it, but without the phone call from our side, the television would have been there for a while.

A great tip for my almost 3 year old Bosch fridge / freezer combination that did not get going after cleaning. Beute's analysis and advice was: perform a reset, self-test (see detailed manual on Bosch on the Internet and wait a while. The first reset did not work yet, but the second time it was good. I hope to continue for a long time now and will heartily recommend Beute in Steenwijk to everyone. Unfortunately, they still have to wait for me for a new purchase. ;-)
