Yesterday we had a failure in the electricity. Stopping replacing had no result, so called this company. It was towards evening, cold and a family with children without heating. We were asked whether “it had to be solved today” and that we should just connect the boiler to an extension cord and plug it in at an outlet where power was still available. Very unprofessional and unhelpful
