We are SO happy with the service provided to our underfloor heating system today, it is impossible to describe. Our problem was solved or mapped out within 35 minutes. The total duration of the problem, testing as well as a wake. broken thermostat was brought back to life. That's how it should be, no talking but knowing / understanding what you are doing. Four years ago we had our house renovated or completely renewed, including a completely new floor heating system from the UPONOR brand. The then installer shone through poor service and insult from us as a customer: please note that it was all in all a pricey installation, then you can expect something from service or attention if the gas consumption was 3 times higher than expected / the experience was. Finally resolved with third parties. Recently, a thermostat did not work, so that part of the living room was not heated. Finding a solution for this became almost impossible for us. We turned back to the tiler company, which was the main contractor for the installation at the time: their tiling work was excellent. But grip on the installer was / is downright bad. He gave us a new contact regarding the UPONOR problem - That was a drama of two weeks and because of the new technician sitting next to the distribution station for hours. Ordering a new thermostat, installation did not work, etc. After that, this technician had no time for days and eventually stayed away. For a teak job we were at the neighbor of the company HOSPES and they referred us to this company and after a pleasant conversation we were helped out of the stress today. Pppfftt. The house is now, at the end of the day, getting comfortable again.
