Actually 1 star is already too much. We ordered mourn flowers, but received no confirmation. The order was still 'hanging' in the computer. Fortunately, we could pick up the flowers at the florist just before the ceremony. When the flowers were placed in the church, we saw that one of our names was not on. I really like that. You can check something like that 10x! We paid for delivery, but had to pick it up ourselves. We have asked for a refund of the shipping costs but have not received them until now. Terribly poor service.
