Delivery time was indicated as 6pm at the latest but after that time it was not yet delivered and after reading some recent reviews (and very questionable reactions to reviews on Facebook) I was ready for the worst and was looking at other florists to let the surprise continue. But luckily they were only a little later with delivery. Heard afterwards that the ticket was missing, so for those reasons I will not order there again

On Thursday ordered flowers for delivery from mother who came from the hospital. Flowers have not been delivered and cannot be reached by telephone. Mail is also ruled out and eventually went to the store. There little understanding for my situation and then asked for my money back what was not possible in the store so it has to be transferred I see some similar reviews which does not make me very hopeful.

Neatly arranged bouquets of flowers, neat and tidy delivery and guaranteed long-term enjoyment of the beautiful fragrant bouquets! Top company! Is really value for money and therefore worth 5 stars!

Ordered flowers that have never been delivered. After a few days, the company finally got hold of by phone. I would receive a voucher on my email because a refund was difficult. Now received nothing 5 weeks later. Phone is almost never answered and emails are not answered. Very angry!!!

Watch out for internet scams. Flowers have never been delivered to the right place.
