After reading the reviews, I called De Blauwe Druif in Meppel because I was concerned. I had ordered flowers from 123bloemen and was informed that this would be done by DBD from Meppel to be taken care of. Received confirmation by phone that the order was already on its way with the Courier service. Unfortunately, the courier had the wrong address and the bunch of flowers on Saturday. After some e-mail and telephone contact DBD took care of it that the bunch of flowers ended up in the right place on Monday through a local florist. Thanks for the good service.

Lousy flower delivery and handling. I just have to figure it out with my € 40 order delivered to the wrong address. Where we accidentally turned 2 digits of the zip code, they drove to a completely different place to deliver the flowers, which otherwise did not correspond in any way with the given name, street name, house number and place of residence. The friendly operator fully understood the situation but was not allowed to resolve it. It's a shame.
