After a question to an employee who was sorting the books with the children today (I think she was doing that at least) if she could help me, I was approached very unfriendly. No, she couldn't help me and I just had to go to her colleague. I indicated that it was difficult with a toddler and an actually very short question, namely where I could find a picture book about autumn. Then she indicated that she was "working on this" (sorting children's books) and that it is not difficult for her! No idea what she meant by that, but I'd rather go to a different library next time.
