What a top service by Wijnpakhuis! Unfortunately due to an error at the delivery service, my first parcel was lost and never delivered. Fortunately, Lionel has been kind enough to send a new package free of charge, so that I can still enjoy the wine. Really great! Many entrepreneurs can take this method of service provision as an example.

Ordering and payment is fast, I have been waiting for my order for a week now, so I will never order here again This is in response to the following response from the retailer: As indicated by email, I will refuse the package. A little silly response to a bad review. You just have to do what you promise and deliver on time. a few days later...... However, the package never arrived. Just say it is out of stock makes it all less dramatic and I would have been happy with it. But always saying that it has been sent does not come along. And pretending I would like to have it for free doesn't make it any better. Meanwhile ordered elsewhere and have my wine at home. So it is possible.

This company is a textbook example when an entrepreneur is motivated and passionate about what he or she does. How do you make a difference in a (saturated) market? So so! What a passion, speed, humor, drive, distinctive character and service. There are several reasons why I order my wines at the Wijnpakhuis. I can order wine anywhere. However, I rarely see this enthusiasm.

Lionel is what you can call a real wine lover! I've known Lionel for a while now, and now I know I never have to ask anyone else about wines again. Lionel can advise you on matching wines, or if you just want to enjoy! I would really recommend anyone who wants to enjoy good wines to contact me.
