After we had received a first delivery of 20 midi hay from John Souman, we had to conclude that it was VERY poor quality. Moldy hay, sticky hay. It stank of rotten mess. After consultation, the bales were picked up and 18 new ones were brought at the same time. Because the first batch was bad, after having rolled 4 bales from the car, we only cut 1 loose for checking. This was even worse than the previous party and we therefore sent everything back with the announcement that we want our money back. A small part we got back and on my question where the rest went I got the answer that this was it and that we had no knowledge of hay because there would be nothing wrong with the party !!! What a bad company. My advice is to do absolutely no business with John Souman Agro, because they cannot deliver what they promise. A lawsuit will be the continuation.

Happy with this supplier! The pre-dry that is sold is excellent horse feed, nice dry and fresh stuff. Nice delivery boy!
