Friend was on special diet which was forgotten every evening When reminded they brought half cooked greens Really disgusting Bedroom carpets badly stained

Uhm, It's a okay hotel but there are some things that they can improve: maybe the food a little cheaper ect. There is a thing that I find disturbing! They use the swimming pool to give swimming lessons to the children?! I don't like that at all. The guests were just swimming and then they started random swimming lessons? So everyone left and it was really weird. I don't like this at all!

Checked in last night into a family room. Very disappointed by the quality of the rooms. Bare minimal and feels more like a hostel dormitory than a 4 star hotel. There was a very helpful new staff member at the hotel reception who was very kind to bring us a kettle and coffee maker for heating water. However the person who was at the reception in the morning was not helpful. We asked for some mugs in the room but we were told not very politely they will come after breakfast is over in the cafe. The surrounding area looks good and is in the wild. But I was really forward to coming back to a beautiful comfortable hotel room when I booked a 4 star hotel after the whole day of sightseeing but that is missing here.

This not an even one star hotel. The international rating was 4 stars!! 4 stars hotel where we have to carry our luggages!! 4 stars hotel with old and dirty furnitures!! 4 stars hotel with rood stuff!! 4 stars hotel without mini-bar or a refrigerator!! 4 stars hotel without air conditioning!! We had a horrible stay for one night with a very hot place even with opened windows, all insects entered the room. Furthermore, the breakfast was very basic, an insect had a chance to have breakfast with us! Not recommended at all.
