The staff has always been nice whenever I have been. The way they keep the pets though is cruel. There used to be a tiny glass cage for bunnies in which there wasn’t enough space to run or jump. Now there are hamsters in there with barely any place to hide nor a wheel etc. The bird cages are also tiny.

20 days ago in action online at Petsplace I bought a scratching post called Europet Bernina, trend Curaçao brown, delivered super fast two days later In the picture it looked very good and the pole seemed sturdy and v sisal rope v 116 € Do you expect robust quality However, after 15 days of not intensively used, it is as if it is years old After 5 x scratching by a cat, lightweight leave the wicker v plastic not made v sisal rope You didn't see that in the picture before I bought Have submitted a complaint to Consumer Service, this is covered by the warranty v return right v the full purchase amount I have sent photos While waiting for their solution, they can collect it free of charge

Super nice and very helpful staff. Always go out with a smile. And in this depressing time of lockdowns, that is almost a real relief and an outing.
