The delivery was wrong. My friend could receive her flowers 3 days after, she had to guess where they were. Of course, by then too late for a gift and dried out. What a waste of money
Mijn aankoop was het Rozentaartje. Het doosje is matig gevuld waardoor je veel van het steekschuim en plastic ziet zitten, wat ik erg hinderlijk vind. De rozen zijn klein en staan niet mooi in bloei. Binnen 7 dagen waren ze al bruin, verrot en gaat het stinken. We hebben gelukkig wel een nieuwe gekregen (vandaar ook de drie sterren) omdat het binnen de garantie viel maar met deze was helaas precies hetzelfde mis. De rozentaartjes zijn absoluut geen aanrader dus..
Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my parents because of the purchase of a popular house. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived crushed and frozen. Immediately contacted and sent photos. Wr was immediately responded. Because I am always satisfied with Bloomgift, I suggest sending the bouquet again after the frost period. That was possible and now they still enjoy a beautiful bouquet. Perfectly and quickly resolved. Bloomgift therefore remains recommended.
Ordered flowers for my mother (90 years old) but delivery time was late in the evening. That's not good for an old lady. Called the customer service and making arrangements with Linda about where to ring the doorbell if it would be really too late. As it turned out, the friendly delivery person arrived right on time so that I could still experience the glow on her face live. Well arranged, Linda! 👏🌹
