Bouquet of flowers ordered was unfortunately very poor quality. So that was the first and also the last time.
The gentlemen of Frederiques Choice have made every effort to deliver 200 roses on the correct (impossible) date. The finest quality roses, beautifully packaged and exceptional customer service. Everybody happy :-)
Incredible performance: Bouquet ordered for April 30th for a birthday. After the recipient had not yet received, I tried to call and complain via email. It is not your turn; I only got an answer to an email: they ask me more information about my order, but then again no answer.
Today on May 11th, after almost 2 weeks, nobody knows where my bouquet is !! HANDS OFF!!!
Flowers were not delivered. Wonder why the service is offered when you have 0 capacities. Never again!
Flowers with bottle of bubbles ordered with delivery today. I received no delivery confirmation so I log in and see that the delivery has just been moved to tomorrow! Immediately called, friendly to speak but joint delivery of flowers and bottle not possible today, so it was tomorrow. Without consultation! While, when you order, you get a confirmation with delivery the 20th. Now the flowers are delivered urgently, the bottle tomorrow. Very unfortunate. No compensation, nothing. Apologies. But if I had not contacted myself, nothing would have been delivered today. I saw this complaint more often, apparently nothing is done with it! First time with Frederique's choice. Also the last one.
Update: now even the flowers are not delivered today! Really worthless. Called again, but hey, he doesn't know anything (apparently they don't note the agreements made).
I will be contacted tomorrow.
Never order more after this order! People: if you want something delivered on time, want to be sure and also want to be notified if something changes, choose another supplier!
