Flowers arrived one hour later than expected and they wasn't delivered at my door (delivery guy left them downstairs and disappeared before I could get down). My husband paid extra for chocolates and they didn't include them. Flowers didn't look very fresh and customer service wasn't great either. Not nice customer experience so we won't use this company in the future.
