Came to the laundry boxes again for nothing 😠 this is already the umpteenth time this year. They are broken again and I am back with all my cleaning supplies for free. The other reviews about this car wash don't lie either.

Worst car wash and wash boxes ever. Often there is enough soap or wax in the washing boxes, which is not surprising since everyone who works here has zero interest in you and the car wash / boxes. For years you have been told that it is raining complaints, and the owner does not want to do anything about this (said by staff themselves). They also use recycled water (which is fine if done right, of course), but this has smelled like stool with soap for years. Business is simply not in order, and the owner has not listened to his customers for years. And then you have the aso staff who are in the shop, disinterested and rude. Unfortunately these are the only wash boxes in the area, I haven't been to the car wash for years. This is / was often broken, jammed or a car in front of you was damaged by poorly adjusted brush machines. Pity!! Maybe after this review they finally think about their customers. (And tonight there was so little soap in the foam gun that it looked like just water, this was literally the last straw for me after years of annoying and complaining)

There is a hefty young woman around the age of 16 in the Car Wash who has had no education at all

The most expensive washing program was taken and the car wash did not clean the center of the front and back. Can I still wash it myself? The extra star they get is because the people who work there are friendly. But I would give the car wash itself 1 star.
