Three weeks ago we brought our wedding rings (white, yellow, red gold) to jeweler Tops for engraving and we discussed how the rings should be engraved, it would take two weeks but it turned out to be three. Ok you can.
The rings turned out to have been sent later, which we had not been told.
Upon returning home, it turned out that the name and date in the men's ring are reversed compared to the women's ring.
Contacted the jeweler by phone about this, however the jeweler did not want a discussion about this immediately and we were very unreasonably spoken to and insulted that it was only about the ladies ring, but my understanding is that the men's ring must be the same as the women's ring, but she did not find this.
This response was very customer unfriendly and we will never come back to this jeweler.
We will have this solved by another jeweler. Very unfortunate, there were good reviews about this jeweler and that's why we chose it. Very Disappointing!
Hele aardige dame. Heel kundig en hele mooie sieraden. Onderscheid zich van de andere juweliers met andere merken modellen.

Good jeweler, who approaches you personally and gives good advice. The shop door is locked and you have to use the doorbell and wait for a while. The bell rings, but you cannot hear it.
