Online orders take an awfully long time, but Terstal does not inform you about this. You do have to make all the payment. Of course there is busy with parcel services, but Terstal can at least inform us in between. Also no response to e-mail to customer service and you are on hold for half an hour or more to receive the answering machine. Even during corona time, it is nice if customer service CAN be reached.

Nice and cheap (others would call it 'Zeeman quality') .. nice employees, always willing to lend a hand, assortment a bit scanty but I myself have been buying my underpants and socks here for years, cheap and nothing wrong with that. .

Relatively cheap clothing store with shelves full of 'Zeeman quality'. Occasionally there is suddenly a brand article in between, which you recognize immediately by the price. Often there is a whole stretch of swimwear, for example only in the sizes XL and XXL. Or a Tshirt in only 1 (out of date) size. Staff often do not look up and down and are fully engaged in their own world, rearranging clothing, folding or hanging out or moving racks. I like to skip this store.
