We really had a great time, everything was well organished due to corona. Sometimes visitors forgot all about it, because of all the attractions. We ended up with a lot of great pictures which you can enjoy once you're home again! A good way to spend your time on a rainy day.

If you are visiting Amsterdam you have to go there! 2h hours and more of fun, discovery and history ! This is more than a Museum, this is an Experience! Covid measures are respected! Nothing to worried about. The staff members are so kind and helpful ! You need to try the catering, just one word : AMAZING ! Now this is your turn to tell your history !

My friends and I visited last Thursday and had a good time! The experience looks on point with a great eye for detail! It was a quiet day during our visit so we almost had the whole experience to ourselves. Besides all the fun I do have one thing I have to get off my chest: The floor angels. Even though they were just with the 2 of them, covering the whole experience, they weirdly managed to make me feel quite uncomfortable. Entering the building we were welcomed nicely and the girl gave us very clear and professional instructions (keep it up!). However, after the welcome there was no interaction whatsoever. The two floor angels (inside of the experience) were chatting with each other and didn’t really interact with the guests besides a blunt comment or instruction. This made us feel watched at times and it really extinguished the fun in certain moments. Despite that, my friends and I really had a great time and enjoyed the experience. I especially had a good laugh riding the magnum ice cream and pressing the buttons. Most of the rooms are self-explanatory and there is loads to discover throughout the experience. Not sure if I’d recommend visiting for €25! But if you are in town and looking for a fun activity ‘ ‘The Upside Down’ is definitely a place to consider! Kisses x

Great experience overall! The staff were so nice and accommodating when it came to COVID rules (they made our experience as close to normal as possible but still safe at all times) So many great sensory rooms - would recommend going any day especially when it’s raining out like I did. Highly recommend a visit

I usually don’t really leave reviews, but I loved this experience. The staff members were great (unfortunately don’t know their names but there were 2 women with brown hair who were so nice), you have plenty of opportunity & different cute rooms to get nice pictures and it was loads of fun. I think we stayed 2,5 hours haha. We bought tickets with the pink friday discount, so we paid less. I think the normal price is worth it for once. Might come back if there are different rooms :) Way to go Upside Down! Lots of love 💖
