Nice service with good drivers. The car I've sat in was spacious but basic. Nothing special. When booking a ride with Taxi Tervoort Alkmaar, keep in mind that you might have to wait a while to be picked up since they usually try to combine a drop-off with a pick-up. Also, keep your phone charged so that they can contact you.

Round trip top. Return was less. We had called to indicate that we had landed. We were on our way to the suitcases. This took a while now twice called by driver where we were and why we did not call. Indicated of suitcase problem that we had. Well go to the counter and she had more rides. Fortunately we had it soon afterwards. Taxi was actually too small for the suitcases. We had inquired when booking about what we had to fill in and did so. No had given the wrong size driver said. We had indicated 1 seat for the youngest and she had 2 with it, again this was placed with us. why 2, 1 had been enough. Indicated that I had done that. But no, she would show it. unfortunately she was wrong. Once in the taxi it went well but the start of the ride was not really fun this way.

From and to Schiphol I booked twice a morning (traffic jam!) Ride. The trip with André went super fast, it was also an autumn holiday. Upon collection, Jacqueline called that she was in a traffic jam. It only took fifteen minutes before she arrived and we could go to Alkmaar in one stroke. Excellent service and good drivers!

Weird way of communication. When you call, the answer is: "Yes, hello, what do you do?" Then you request a taxi. Where do you need to go? 5 minutes waiting time and no means of communication. Fortunately we were able to go elsewhere to a taxi company that knows how to deal with its customers.
