Bad after sales! 10-01-2020 we bought a couch for € 4130. After 3 days for the first time the complaint passed: Already a lot of creases in the seat cushions. According to the saleswoman, this should not be the case. In retrospect, she should not have admitted that of her superior! Later the seller said that it should be. Sofa already looks old, furniture repairer has been and filled the seat cushions with foam rubber and other padding. According to Woonrijk they can repair it twice, but we are now with a second-hand new sofa.

Fine, residential construction. Only if I make a report, I am always fobbed off quickly. will probably be me. And not very compassionate either. always go against it or mention that it is the case with others .. yeah wright! opening a door with a bank passion ... that's not appropriate, according to thea bronk a lot of doors have that. 🤨. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd report about my front door in 2 years. Then you know how seriously you are taken.
