We bought a Ford Focus from this company. We wanted a towbar with the purchase. A week after purchase we received a call that the towbar could be mounted. Willem made a proposal and then immediately agreed with our counter-proposal, so we were very satisfied with that. On delivery it turned out that the right wing mirror was loose, this was immediately repaired by using the mirror from another focus so that we could still get on the road with our new car. Willem took an extremely professional and helpful attitude here. You may think that is logical because you as a customer pay a lot of money, but it is still nice to experience. We would definitely buy another car here!

Very satisfied with my new purchase of a Ford Focus. Still worth it to drive from Rotterdam to Broek op Langedijk to make that test drive. Excellent service and craftsmanship from the staff. Received a very competitive offer for the exchange of my current car, which is great that this was possible. Also the warranty with a major and minor service processed with an MOT completely free of charge!

Last weekend we drove from Groningen to Autoservice Blom to view / buy a Ford focus. It immediately felt good, we were received very friendly. Everything that is agreed upon also happens! We drove away with a good feeling in our new car including a full tank of petrol, really great! This is definitely recommended !!

Looking for a new car, no idea what I wanted, but Alex from Autoservice Blom helped me fantastically and gave very good advice. That is why I bought the car from him without looking any further. Pick up this weekend cannot wait.
