Where is the expertise that we thought we had brought home with the kitchen company whose slogan is "because it has to be good". Regarding the assembly of an expensive kitchen and washing machine cabinet, you can assume that this is done with policy and due care. The owner Toon Duijn is responsible for the assembly. As the assembly progressed, our surprise increased. Where was the candid camera? This could not be true! When we indicated what we would like to see differently, adjustments were made with permanent markers, blackened adhesive tapes and electrical tape. The side cheeks were refined by hand so that they no longer connected to the wall and a zig-zag pattern was created. When we expressed our displeasure about this, Mr. Duijn was ready with a caulking syringe, another patch to mask his mistakes. To top it off, it turned out that the washing machine did not fit in after mounting the washing machine cabinet. While he was standing next to the mechanic all afternoon and it was just a matter of measuring. This fitted cupboard had a difference in door height and a crooked handle at the end of the day. Because of this we were visited again the next day by this very unfriendly technician. When leaving, a form was put under the nose that said that the kitchen cabinet would be assessed by the company that made the cabinets. This seemed sufficient to us, but the correspondence that followed with Ant Duijn showed that we should have immediately indicated WHAT was not right after the assembly. The intermediary who had to assess would go to Ant after a visit to our house. Duijn kitchens. After all, they had to get a chance to correct their mistakes. When I contacted this intermediary again after their conversation, Ant Duijn felt that we should first inform them of this before contact was sought. In the letter that followed, a "favor" was offered! Ant Duijn would repair the damage with us again under the watchful eye of the intermediary. Nothing was done about the planed side cheeks because they were hiding behind the excuse that the stucco had not been applied straight and before the installation. However, this was also communicated with the technician who was at our home for placement. No comment was made about it then. We have decided not to have these messers in our house anymore, but to have it solved by skilled people. So that we can still be a little happy with the huge edition for us. So be warned !!
