Received the incorrect size blinds after problems with their ordering system. They will not take them back or offer a refund so I am stuck paying for another set.

Firstly, they have XXL sizes for the blinds here, which worked out very well for us because we have a large window of 350 x 170 cm. Elsewhere I would otherwise have had to buy 3 separate blinds, this would of course not have been so nice. You should of course not let such an XXL blind hang up half way or want to raise it every day, but hanging down it is completely perfect! Now I had also ordered 2 blinds for our sliding doors, but I have read about the alignment option, so that they hang crookedly, with light during the day it is not very noticeable, but it certainly is in the evening. Fortunately, they want to help me and they solve this for free! (of course I have to pay shipping costs, but that is worth it if you are going to enjoy your blinds for years to come, and of course you also want them to hang neatly) Therefore a huge thank you to Judith, she helped me perfectly! :) Other still a small downside; the delivery time has not been 7 days for us, but really a few weeks.

After a look at the clear website, first ordered samples. These arrived neatly arranged on a nice presentation sheet the next day. Placed order and received the bamboo blinds yesterday. Again it is striking how neatly the packaging is done. That usually also says something about the total care that has been given to the product. You guessed it; we are very satisfied with our blinds. Be sure to order samples first because some colors look slightly different on the computer screen.

Prima bamboe jaloezieën. helaas sloot een van onze niet goed terwijl het de draaipunten niet in de weg zat. Op aanraden van 123jaloezie de beugel verplaatst dit heeft wel geholpen.
