Have a wasp nest removed for the third time in 3 years. I am therefore very anxious about allergies Got help quickly and with great result, even came late in the evening for my peace of mind check. More than ten for this company

This company is not recommended! Contacted company for pests. During the telephone conversation, people talked and laughed throughout the conversation, which I experienced as quite annoying. Finally made an appointment. On Wednesday at 08:00 someone would come. Then it became 10:00 and then late afternoon. At 4:45 PM nobody saw anyone and contacted. At this company, contact is often via the whatsapp instead of by telephone because telephone is often not answered. At 22:32 there was a whatsapp response to my message of 16:45 what time he thought he would come by. I was told that due to the weather the schedule was changed and because of this we did not come near us. Somewhat understanding, but it seems logical to me that you then contact the customer to pass this on properly. In terms of communication, there is a lot to be gained because the person I spoke to says that he cannot carry out the fight himself and that he is dependent on his staff (of course), but make sure that communication runs smoothly between the staff. A new appointment followed Friday morning between 09:00 and 11:00. When no one had come by at 11:30 am, I called twice, 1x of which I left the voicemail, unfortunately without a response or calling back. Once via the whatsapp, I was told that the colleague who was to carry out the fight had become unwell during a job and had gone home but had not informed his colleague about this. Which would cause the appointment to be moved again. Long story short, this company is not recommended, unprofessional communication and does not stick to agreements.

Top company, punctual and very friendly

Unfortunately a bad experience here too. Very bad communication between employer and employee, in which we were involved. Appointments not fulfilled or late every time. Poorly accessible and unprofessional. Attempted to get out of here, feeling good about this. However, 3 days later again the agreements were not met with many reproaches. All in all. Not recommended. We are done with it, can whistle for our money and the problem is not solved.
