I have always been satisfied with Lucardi Alkmaar so far. I often bought jewelry there, but today it really disappointed me! Would like a ring for myself. I came in and sat in for fifteen minutes and no one came to say “can I help you with anything”. In addition, I was not even greeted? Very customer unfriendly! Had to look and figure it out for yourself. Too bad this ..! The last few times there were other employees and they were great! Anyway, I just left and didn't get a ring there.
