Having an old house painted (outside) is always a challenging job. Peerdeman (Maarten) had already made a good estimate in advance where the possible weak spots would be and included this in the quotation price and as a possible additional cost item The Offer was certainly clear. During the painting with premium quality paint, a very rotten window frame emerged. He repaired this (first in consultation with me and with price indication for approval) in collaboration with the carpenter very professionally / professionally. I had chosen Maarten Peerdeman because he is guaranteed to paint with a brush, is a recognized painter with a quality certificate. It is a nice idea that if I come across something in the near future that he will repair it (so I do not have to DIY with a jar of paint). For now, the paint holds well, even at 38C! Maarten is a friendly and reliable person.
