Lights gave a short circuit I would be called back within 10 minutes the next day no response. The lights have been returned, it appears that they have moved, this joke costs a lot of money in shipping and return costs and eventually I will have my defective lights back because they have moved. Solution is nothing. I bought defective lights and a lot of shipping costs in the end I have a huge loss. Later they blamed DHL for delivering to the neighbors, but they have no neighbors because they have moved. After many phone calls and emails, they don't solve anything. So I will never buy anything here again. It is never the company itself, always DHL. If DHL is told that you have moved, they will of course not deliver to the neighbors, because you may have moved to a completely different province. DHL therefore blames Hollandlamp itself.
