We have bought a coffee maker on this site at 12 volts for in the car and caravan. We received this and tested it with water and it did not work properly. So the product is returned the same day. A few days later we receive an email that the return is not accepted because it has been used and would be wet. After a few phone calls from our side, this gentleman indicates that he does not want to go anywhere and that the product has been used. If I want to return the defective device, I have to pay shipping costs again, even though you already paid extra for the return. In short, bad and crappy service !! Never order anything !! Once you have paid, the service ends.

waeco kettle ordered. nothing to complain about the delivery. until it broke. had telephone contact and was told that there was no warranty anymore because I mounted a different plug. then I screwed it open and oxidized inside. I have sent an email about this but after 4 months of waiting I still have no answer. BAD SERVICE.

Very bad company. Before Christmas I ordered a coffee maker (pads) for my father. Device is defective. Since then already contacting. E-mails are simply not responded to and when you call you don't get any wiser. The shipping costs (€ 7.95) are for yourself. Is almost as expensive as that device (€ 22.95) has cost. What a worthless company and certainly a bad SERVICE. I advise everyone to buy NOTHING there!
