Die Port Van Cleve

I stayed here many years ago. I had the best time with one of the owners. It felt like home. The room I was in had a lovely view, was handy to the railway station, but still has that old Dutch feel.

Good excellent. Service excellent. Attic rooms hot so have to have windows open. Church bells too much every 15 minutes. So no sleep. Winter would be find as can shut windows and block out sound

Recently renovated and under new, experienced management, this centuries old establishment offers excellent food. It is not cheap. It also has renovated lodging facilities. Good quality and good services. This classy establishment is located near the harbor area and is close to the railway station and the town's Centre. Enkhuizen, being an important international hub for the vegetable and flower seeds industry, the hotel has always been home to many international visitors. Traditionally this place traditionally also functions as the central meeting place for the many seed growers and traders in the area. Well worth a visit.
