We visited Brasserie Capital on a Saturday around lunch time. Because of the crowds outside, we asked for a place inside. Once inside we had to wait a long time (15/20 minutes) for service. This was quite frustrating as there were plenty of staff waiting at the bar to bring drinks, or playing with some of the wasps in a bottle. In the end we were able to address an employee who went out past our table. The Brasserie's food is excellent and in good portions. The layout is also nicely done and the staff is friendly. So my only criticism is the attentiveness of the staff, but that's just a snapshot. All and all, therefore, a must to try.
