Children's trousers were not taken back after they started to take a lot of pills after 1 hour of wearing. Broek then hung in the store for 2 weeks. There was no phone call for a solution. After going to the store himself, nothing was possible. We were allowed to contact the owner. You could not leave a phone number. Had to send an e-mail yourself. Too bad about this handling.
